I have always loved weddings! Growing up in England, I was mesmerized by the Royal Weddings that so captivated the nation. I created scrapbooks of the events and studied every possible detail.

Despite my obvious calling, I began working in the arena of business and marketing, moved to the New York, and focused on building my career. Along the way, I represented and worked closely with many clients all over the world, as well as working with many different vendors in creative fields.

I woke up one day and realized it was time to follow my heart. Cheryl J. Weddings and Events was born.

My goal is to help brides and grooms create the weddings of their dreams, whatever that entails — no 2 couples are the same. I think of myself as a knowledgeable mentor, providing help with whatever is needed, being an invaluable source of information, offering helpful tools, contacts, advice, laughs, and (when needed) a sounding-board!
